ANALYSIS We will perform a solution analysis with block diagram design, design of the main components used and an estimate of the cost of the equipment and an estimate of the development cost.

SCHEMATICS The schematic is the heart of the design as it defines the overall functionality of the system. We design analog and digital circuits including component selection, circuit calculation and power consumption calculation.

PCB DESIGN From the schematic, we will design a PCB including 3D output for use in mechanical assemblies. We use our own libraries maintained according to the IPC-7351 standard.

FPGA We use FPGA or CPLD circuits where appropriate, which simplify the design and allow for future functionality changes without the need for hardware changes. We program primarily in Verilog or possibly VHDL. |

MECHANICAL DESIGN We will design the mechanics of the entire device with outputs for CNC machines or drawings for manual production. Using PCB assemblies and mechanical elements, we eliminate the risk of errors in the connection of individual components during the design process. |

DOCUMENTATION We create output documentation for production and also a technical report describing both the functionality of the product and a description of the design. |
