INBROLLY launches a range of DIN-IPC controllers for industrial and IoT applications. Its advantage is that it can be mounted in low profile distribution boards with the same profile as conventional circuit breakers. The DIN-IPC series consists of a controller and expansion modules to achieve the required features and interfaces.
IPC-CPUF407 is a DIN-IPC series controller for industrial and IoT applications. Its advantage is that it can be mounted in low profile distribution boards with the same profile as conventional circuit breakers. It includes the STM32F407 microcontroller, which supports Ethernet network interface, SDIO is used for Wi-Fi connectivity, as well as a wide range of other interfaces. It is therefore suitable for devices requiring either wired or wireless internet connectivity for data acquisition and control.
IPC-MPPT is a module for charging batteries from PV panels with a dual phase converter and application of the Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) function to recover the maximum power from the panels. The module can be controlled from the DIN-IPC system and the information about the achieved power, voltage and current can be obtained from the module. However, it also works independently, e.g. if the battery is drained and system is without power, it can start recharging the battery by itself. It includes an output for the battery and an output for any load, which can be disconnected according to the requirements and the state of charge of the battery.
IPC-DIOxAIx is a module of digital inputs and outputs and analog inputs. It is produced in several variants depending on the number of DIO and AI parts. One DIO part contains 2 isolated digital inputs (12/24/48V) and one digital output (max 48V). The AI part contains 4 analog inputs according to 0-10V, 4-20mA and PTC/NTC thermometer variants.
IPC-CAN485 is an expansion module for the IPC-CPUF407 with one CAN and one RS-485 interface. Both interfaces are galvanically isolated, allow the connection of a 120Ω termination resistor and have a 5V power supply for possible connection of external resistors for bus biasing.
IPC-LCDMCU is an IPS LCD display for displaying operating information from the IPC-CPUF407 controller, which also allows control using a rotary controller. It contains a parallel interface for transferring data to the display and a serial I2C interface for other inputs and outputs.
PI-CPUF407 is a module with STM32F407 processor, Fast Ethernet and Wi-Fi communication interface, SD card slot, two USB 2.0 peripheral interfaces (1x Full Speed and 1x High speed) and GPIO expansion connector with digital and analog inputs and outputs. The advantage is low power consumption, which also allows battery operation. The module has a small Rasberry PI format size with similarly placed connectors and mounting holes, so it fits into most Rasberry PI boxes. Also, the expansion GPIO connector has a similar wiring so that expansion HAT modules can also be used.
PI-DIO is a digital input and output module in HAT+ format for PI-CPUF407 or Raspberry Pi. It contains 4 isolated digital inputs (12/24V) and two digital outputs (max 24V).
PI-AIO is an analogue input and output module in HAT+ format for PI-CPUF407 or Raspberry Pi. It contains 4 isolated analog inputs and 2 analog outputs.
PI-FIO is a module of digital inputs and outputs and analogue inputs and outputs in HAT+ format for PI-CPUF407, the module is not compatible with Raspberry Pi. The inputs and outputs are not galvanically isolated and use interface of STM32F407 processor directly.
